Kachess Community Annual Board Meeting Ballot

WHEN: APRIL 1, 2006

WHERE: Kachess Community Clubhouse
2930 Via Kachess Road, Easton, WA.

START TIME: 7:00 P.M.

This ballot is furnished to the members of the Kachess Community Property Owners Association by the Board of Directors to be voted at the Annual Meeting of owners, to be held on Saturday, April 1, 2006 at 7:00pm, at the Kachess Community Clubhouse, 2930 Via Kachess Road, Easton, WA.

A member may exercise his/her right to vote, either in person or by mail-in ballot. The mail-in ballots must be received by the association prior to noon on April 1, 2006 at the address on the bottom of the ballot.

We have two existing Directors whose terms expire on April 1, 2006. Those Directors are Don Hicks and Tony DiPangrazio.
