Currently the board is facing an important decision regarding the
management of the water system. While the board would like to keep costs
to a minimum, it is also necessary to ensure compliance with all
regulations. At the January 14, 2006 board meeting, Sheri Miller and
Danny Riblett made presentations regarding this matter. Danny is a water
system manager available for hire, and Sheri is an employee of the
Department of Health with a great deal of expertise in this area. Sheri
provided an excellent overview of the communitys current situation and
many pending decisions and issues the community is facing. Sheris
overview was incredibly helpful and informative, and has helped the
board move forward in making important decisions for the community.
Another issue the board of directors is currently facing is the parking
situation. The board is considering the possibility of having the
parking laws changed at the county level to better accommodate the
community. Enclosed is a parking map with the winter parking areas
outlined. Remember, this applies to winter parking areas only, from
November 15 to April 15. Please review the enclosed parking letter
regarding the details.
Finally, enclosed are the updated ACC Rules and Regulations. The ACC has
made changes and would like to provide you with an updated copy.
Sincerely,
Steve Hegge, Board President
