Parking Issues

June 3, 2005

Attention Kachess Community Association Residents:

The purpose of this letter is to inform you as to which areas are designated parking for residents.  To avoid confusion we have enclosed the Kachess Community Association Parking Regulations and other information regarding parking.  The following areas are designated parking areas for residents:

Brookside Court inlet.
Lower Clubhouse parking area.
Next to the Fire Station.
Upper Clubhouse area (next to the dumpster).
Two Parking Loops (One Large and one Small).
Winter Park Lane (the three inlets).
Via Kachess inlet.
Wilderness Lane at the top of the street.

If any item is found in violation, letters will be sent notifying the owner.  If the violation is not corrected, action will be taken according to the CC&Rs.  Although we hope that there will not be any issues, the board of directors is responsible for upholding the CC&Rs of the Kachess Community Association.  We encourage all residents to review the CC&Rs on the Kachess website at www.kachess.com.

With summer coming fast, we, as a community, need to work together to ensure that all Vehicles, Trailers, etc. are not parked in violation.  Among the many reasons for this, the most important is the safety of the community.  Items parked in violation may be blocking emergency access and could ultimately endanger the safety of residents.  We hope that there will be no violations and that as a community we can work together to keep our association beautiful and safe.

Please feel free to contact Mo Hanan at (425)392-2424 or Steve Hegge at (425)407-1412 if you have any questions.  The next three board meetings are as follows:

June 11, 2005 at 9:00am at the Kachess Community Clubhouse.
July 9, 2005 at 9:00am at the Kachess Community Clubhouse.
August 13, 2005 at 9:00am at the Kachess Community Clubhouse.

Thank you,
