Grading Project Update

Greetings Kachess Community Friends and Neighbors:

The parking loop grading project is almost complete and the parking areas look great. The loops will be re-opened shortly for the community to use.  The Kachess Board of Directors asks that residents maintain the surface of the parking lots by not abusing it with ATV�s and other off road vehicles.

It has also been brought to our attention that people have been driving their ATV�s around the gate at the clubhouse.  Someone even went so far as to cut limbs on private property. The gate is in place for reason and all community members should have a key.  There is no reason drive around the gate when it can be unlocked with your clubhouse key.  The resident whose property was vandalized asked that we please respect his private property.

In addition, the community property immediately surrounding the clubhouse should not be used by any off-road vehicles or ATVs.  They are harming our community property.  Please contact any member of our board if you see any of this activity on our community property.  Better yet, please remind any ATV rider riding off road on community property to stay on the roads.
