Locks Have Changed

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

The clubhouse and boat launch locks have been changed, and the new keys have been mailed to most of you.  Each fall, the annual association dues are collected, and this year's due date fell right before we re-keyed the clubhouse and boat launch.  Since the CC&R's prohibit use of community property by those who are delinquent, the board decided to withhold the new keys from those who aren't current.  Once your account is paid in full, I will mail the new key to you.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
