Attention Kachess Residents:

As the summer months approach, the community will be very busy.  As a board, we are trying to increase the communication as a community.  To do this, it is important that we have current contact information for everyone.  Enclosed is a form for you to review, complete, and return regarding contact information.  The Association does not share this information with anyone outside of the community.  However, for your convenience, we do post it on the Kachess Community Association website at www.kachess.com.  In the future, if you ever have any changes to your contact information, please contact our Secretary/Treasurer, Marisa Angrisano, at (425)482-0936 or by email at kac.sec.tres@comcast.net 

As a reminder, we just sent out the details of our parking regulations, along with a list of areas that you can park in.  Please make sure that you review that information carefully, and if you need an extra copy, please contact our Secretary/Treasurer, Marisa Angrisano, at (425)482-0936 or by email at kac.sec.tres@comcast.net. 

It has been brought to our attention that many residents are not closing the gate at the clubhouse behind them.  Please remember that even while you are launching your boat, please close the gate behind you every time.  This will ensure that only Kachess Community Association residents are using the facilities.  We, as an association, are responsible for keeping the community safe and clean.  In the summer months especially, many unauthorized people see the open gate at the clubhouse as an invitation to use private community areas.  Also, please remember that the dumpster is meant for bagged household garbage only.  Items that are not in bags tend to get pulled out by the birds, and blown around the community.  We must work together as a community to maintain the integrity of our community and rules.  If you have any questions, see unauthorized dumping, or any other violations in the community, please contact Steve Hegge at (425)879-8030.

As you may know, August marks the end of our fiscal year.  The Finance Committee is meeting to propose a budget to the Board of Directors for the 2005 � 2006 Fiscal Year.  We welcome all community input and encourage residents to attend the Public Board Meeting on July 9, 2005 at 9:00am at the Kachess Community Association Clubhouse.  The proposed budget will be discussed and voted on by the board at that meeting, so that it may be sent to the community for a vote.
