Kachess Annual Cleanup
With the dry summer months ahead, we are at an increased risk of forest fires and need your help in keeping the community safe. Loose dried debris from trees and shrubs make extra fuel for a wild fire. To make it easy for all of us to clear any loose debris from our properties, we sponsor an Annual Clean-Up where we provide a place for you to bring your limbs, etc. and we pay to have it hauled away.

The debris must be placed in the designated area at the lower parking area of the clubhouse. Remember to close the gates so that we are not inviting unwelcome guests into restricted areas.

The deadline for dumping your debris is Sunday, June 17th. ONLY ORGANIC MATERIAL CAN BE PLACED IN THE PILE FOR CLEAN UP, such as tree clippings, limbs and fallen debris. Do not bring grass clippings, leaves or cuttings larger than 4” diameter or any household garbage, construction debris, railroad ties, or other non-organic material. All pieces must be small enough to fit into a 4 x 8 foot box.

Also, please remember to keep within the guidelines established in the CC&R's, as well as the ACC Rules and Regulations. On a separate subject, please understand that the dumpster is for HOUSEHOLD trash only and not for any construction waste. The area around the dumpster must be kept clean and clear of trash surrounding it. If the dumpster is full, DO NOT leave your trash on the ground, or on top of the dumpster if the lid is down. We suggest that you double bag trash and seal it to avoid odors and critters spreading it around. Please contact a board member if you have any questions. Their contact information is listed on the Kachess website at http://www.kachess.com/board.htm.

Thanks and happy cleaning!
