The Kachess Community Club House is available free of charge to all community members in good standing. The facility is maintained and managed by volunteers, and should be kept neat and clean at all times. A confirmation of your reservation grants you use of the facility during the time period you have selected. However, the clubhouse is open for use by members at all times, so please be aware that people may enter the clubhouse while you are using it. You may contact the person listed below for information on times available and to make a preliminary reservation. You may also check the Club House calendar at www.kachess.com.

A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $200.00 is required with the submittal of this request. The Club House must be returned to a clean and orderly condition, including storing tables and chairs in the alcove, carpet vacuumed (food and drink stains removed), cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom facilities, cleaning windows and emptying of all garbage and trash. Some cleaning supplies are available at the Club House, including paper towels, trash can liners, vacuum bags, Windex®, paper towels, toilet cleaner, sanitary wipes, brooms mops, etc. Cleaning service and/or repair costs required to return the Club House to a clean and usable condition will be withheld from the deposit. Any costs incurred above the deposit will be billed to the owner/member of this agreement.

An owner/member using the Club House agrees to indemnify, protect and hold the Kachess Homeowner’s Association harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, causes of actions, damages, attorneys fees or otherwise that may be directly or indirectly incurred by the member or any of the member’s guests, invitees, employees, agents or others and arising from the member’s use of the Association Club House and associated common facilities during the period indicated above.

I agree to follow all rules and guidelines as outlined in this document and in the Kachess Community Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s).
